Our menu options give you a great deal of flexibility to choose what makes sense for your business. By example, at this level, you would engage our team at the highest level to create a community engagement strategy aligning with your employees’ interests. As a mid-sized firm in our region, you will want five of your senior leaders to be board trained and matched for service to our community. Your strategy plan, which we will guide with an employee committee using quarterly meetings, will call for participation in your own customized action days. One of your senior leaders will get a deeper opportunity to experience our Social Venture Partners wrap-around service. We will speak five times throughout the year to your retiring workers and help 20 of your junior skilled workers connect with a nonprofit on a project basis. Finally, you will be a valuable member of our Volunteer Council, helping provide direction to our team and our community on some of our region’s greatest community needs.
