Our menu options give you a great deal of flexibility to choose what makes sense for your business. By example, at this level, your company gets a representative on our Volunteer Council, which will meet regularly and include other like-minded business leaders to engage on topics important to our biggest community needs not being addressed by another sector leader. We will build a community engagement strategy based on your employees’ interests and manage an employee committee quarterly to keep the plan active. Four of your leadership team will go through board training and matching and 20 of your highly skilled workforce will help nonprofits on a project basis through our skills-based platform. As part of your strategy, your workforce will participate in community-wide Days of Service and a customized event with a nonprofit that matches your strategy. Finally, your retirees will hear from us five times during the year on ways to engage in their life encore.
