Our menu options give you a great deal of flexibility to choose what makes sense for your business. By example, at this level, you would engage our team at the highest level to create a community engagement strategy aligning with your employees’ interests. As one of our region’s biggest employers, you will want 15 of your senior leaders to be board trained and matched for service to our community. Your strategy plan, which we will guide with an employee committee using quarterly meetings, will call for participation in community-wide Days of Service as well as your own customized action days. One of your senior leaders will get a deeper opportunity to experience our Social Venture Partners wrap-around service. We will speak every other month to your retiring workers and help some 30 of your junior skilled workers connect with a nonprofit on a project basis. Finally, you will be a valuable member of our Volunteer Council, helping provide direction to our team and our community on some of our region’s greatest community needs.
